We develop and produce tailor-made stabilizing and texturing systems for dairy and deli products as well as meat and sausage products.
As a subsidiary of the independent, owner-operated Stern-Wywiol Gruppe, Hydrosol has access to the knowledge of some 125 R&D specialists and to the extensive applications technology of the Group’s large Stern-Technology Center in Ahrensburg, Germany. The Secret of Perfect Texture
Our core competence is the development and manufacture of ingredient combinations based on individual hydrocolloid, protein, and emulsifier components. This takes long experience, product knowledge, and continuous applications research – all strengths that Hydrosol’s global team has demonstrated over and over again.
In addition, we have a very good knowledge of the trends and requirements in the international markets. Based on this, we develop attractive products for our customers with high value add potential.
