Our injection systems are perfect for processing fresh poultry, and indeed all other kinds of meat. Injection rates of 10% to 50% are standard, and can be optimized and adjusted per customer wishes.
Our tumbling systems offer excellent solutions for the processing of fresh meat pieces. They ensure maximum tenderness and juicy mouthfeel while retaining the natural meat fibers. Yields from 10 % to 50 % are attainable with short mechanical tumble times. All systems are also very well suited to individual quick freezing (IQF) of meat products. In combination with seasoning or dry marinades, the systems also prevent subsequent juice separation in the package and extend shelf life.
